Who We Serve
Our scholarship recipients are individuals who want to reach their higher educational goals but may need some financial assistance. We work with universities to identify qualified applicants in the fields of education, agriculture and public administration.
Why Education, Agriculture or Public Administration?
Neill A McLean dedicated his education, career and life to these pursuits. He was a leader who was passionate about creating opportunities to strengthen the black community.
